Kick off the school year with a new series of Science Saturdays! This year explore different careers and jobs in the scientific world with this year’s theme: The Science Of Being A ___!

Join us in October as we celebrate National Fossil Day and learn about The Science of Being a Paleontologist! Meet the scientists who work at the Western Science Center and learn how you too can become a paleontologist.

Science Saturdays are free family events held outside on the piazza of the Western Science Center from 10:30am – 1pm. Join us for fun hands on activities for kids of all ages!

Activities for Science Saturdays are free – there is an additional fee to enter the museum. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
