Kick off the new school year with a new series of Science Saturdays! We’ll explore different careers and jobs in the scientific world with this year’s theme: The Science Of Being A ___!

September starts us off with The Science of Being An Aerospace Engineer. NASA’s 20 year Cassini Mission to Saturn is coming to an end on September 15th, so we are celebrating the aerospace engineers that helped to make the Cassini Mission a success while also having fun learning about what aerospace engineers do!

Science Saturdays are a free family events held outside on the piazza of the Western Science Center from 10:30am – 1pm. Join us for fun hands on activities for kids of all ages!

Activities for Science Saturdays are free – there is an additional fee to enter the museum. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
