The Western Science Center is available to perform paleontological record searches for upcoming mitigation projects.
Western Science Center record searches will be returned within approximately two weeks of the date a request is received, and will contain a map and letter indicating paleontological sensitivity and any known Western Science Center fossil localities within the proposed project area.
The fee for standard paleontological record searches is $150 and the Western Science Center reserves the right to increase fees for large or extensive requests.
