Fossil Friday: Ice Age Horses with Charlotte Hohman!

Happy Fossil Friday! This week was the 2020 Society of Vertebrate Paleontology conference, and we would usually be sharing all of the research and presentations our scientists bring to the meeting. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference has been all virtual - but we’re still showing off the hard work of our staff, volunteers, and students!

Western Science Center volunteer and Montana State University undergraduate Charlotte Hohman has been studying Ice Age horses in our collection with paleontologists Eric Scott and Dr. Alton Dooley, and she presented her work for the first time at SVP. Check out her poster below, along with a video explaining her research into these fascinating animals!

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
